Smart Farming Solutions

Empowering farmers through technology and innovation.

We introduce farmers to modern, data-driven farming methods that boost productivity and sustainability. From soil management to precision planting, our smart farming programs demonstrate how mechanization can increase yields by up to 30%, transforming subsistence farming into commercial success.

Farm Equipment Supply

Affordable tools for modern agriculture.

We supply small to medium-scale farming equipment — including rotavators, threshers, irrigation pumps, chippers, and chainsaws — designed to meet the needs of Ugandan farmers. Through our SACCO lending partnerships, we make mechanization accessible and inclusive, while offering reliable after-sales support and spare parts.

Current Projects

We believe in turning ideas into impact. Our ongoing projects bring our vision to life  empowering farmers with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities they need to thrive. Each project is focused on creating measurable change in productivity, sustainability, and livelihoods across Ugandan farming communities.

Mechanisation for Growth. Project M4G

Location: Greater Masaka Region, Uganda
Focus: Farm Equipment Access & Training
We are currently in the process of implementing the Mechanisation for Growth Project (M4G) — providing small-scale farmers with access to affordable mechanised tools such as rotavators, threshers, and irrigation pumps. We will work through local SACCO partnerships, where farmers can lease or purchase equipment on flexible terms. The project also includes hands-on operator training for youth to build local maintenance capacity and employment opportunities.

Intended Impact:

  • 80+ households accessing shared farming equipment

  • Youth trained as operators and mechanics

  • 25% increase in average maize and bean yields

Smart Farming Demonstration Hubs

Location: Luwero, Mubende & Mbarara Districts
Focus: Digital Agriculture & Sustainability
This project establishes Smart Farming Hubs to showcase technology-driven agriculture — from soil testing and irrigation control to mobile-based farm management tools. Farmers participate in demonstration sessions to learn practical smart farming methods that improve productivity, reduce labour, and promote sustainable land use.

Intended Impact :

  • 3 fully equipped demonstration farms established

  • 200 farmers trained in smart farming practices

  • 30% yield improvement recorded among pilot participants

Maisha Green Coffee Export Initiative

Location: Central and Western Uganda
Focus: Coffee Value Chain Development
Through this initiative, we will support small holder coffee farmers to enhance bean quality and access international markets under the Maisha Green brand. The project focuses on training in post-harvest handling, establishing traceable supply chains, and connecting farmers with global buyers who value sustainability and fair trade.

Intended Impact :

  • 120 coffee farmers enrolled and trained

  • First export batch shipped to Europe under the Maisha Green label

  • Improved farm-gate prices by 20% through direct export partnerships
